Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)

Not a certified teacher? Earn a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) graduate degree along with your PA Teacher Certification.  Our MAT programs are now able to be completed in one to two years depending on your certification area!


AI Leadership Lab: Navigating the Future of Education

AI Leadership Lab is a 30-hour, Act 45-approved course designed for Pennsylvania school administrators and anyone in K-12 ready to embrace the future. Over 12 weeks, in a blend of short live online sessions and independent learning, you’ll explore how AI can help you streamline your work, reimagine learning systems, and lead meaningful, future-focused change.


Education 2035: A Fellowship for School Leaders

This 40-hour ACT 45-approved program is designed for Pennsylvania school and district leaders who are ready to move beyond traditional leadership development and reimagine what’s next. In just five 90-minute online seminars, you'll gain future-ready skills to confidently design, pilot, and scale innovations that connect near-term action to long-term transformation.
